For all our owner operators, we are able to offer a pay scale ranging from 65% to 80% of the trucks (that you are driving) total gross income given that owner operators, like yourself, are the ones actually working every day and using your equipment

An Owner Operator with No Trailer:

• Company Flatbed Trailer: (75% of 100%)
• Company Stepdeck Trailer: (75% of 100%)
• Company RGN / Lowboy: (72% of 100%)

Contractor Revenue with Own Trailer:

• Own Dry Van Trailer: (80% of 100%)
• Own Refrigerated Trailer: (80% of 100%)
• Own Flatbed Trailer: (80% of 100%)
• Own Stepdeck Trailer: (80% of 100%)
• Company RGN / Lowboy: (77% of 100%)

Contractor Percentage Deductions:

• Subtract 2% for each driver violation on driving record up to 3 points
• Subtract 2% for drivers with less than two years verifiable experience

As an Owner Operator working with MadCo, our expectations include, you, the owner operator, agreeing that we partner for one year and/or twelve months, strive to drive 10,000 miles per month on average and aim to generate $200,000 or more in gross revenue for your truck.

Income Distribution for Owner Operators are paid to your personal name i.e. SSN or they can be paid to a specific business name, that the Owner Operator owns and operates their truck. Earnings will be a Percentage pay of the gross income generated by the Owner Operators and MadCo. Any Standard deductions, operational charges, fines, and/or optional amenities will be automatically deducted from net earnings prior to direct deposit. Paid on 1099 i.e. No Taxes.

Responsibilities of Owner Operators during partnership with MadCo, include, but are not limited to bringing their own truck and/or trailer, maintaining equipment properly, keeping equipment cleaned, paying tolls, scales, permits, pilot cars, fuel, DEF, Anti-Gel, base plates, oils, fuels, tires, tubes, lubricants, washing, painting, collision insurance, bobtail insurance, workers compensation insurance, and will be responsible for all equipment owned by owner operator. In the situation that owner operator wishes to utilize MadCo’s programs for tolls, fuel, and other expenses, charges will be deducted from net pay prior to direct deposit into bank.

Responsibilities of MadCo during partnership with Owner Operator, include, but are not limited to providing motor carrier authority, US DOT number, company decals, commercial general liability insurance, general aggregate insurance, cargo insurance, electronic logging device, office support, dispatching, load search, rate negotiation, detention, paperwork, fuel tax, road taxes, and will offer operator opportunity to purchase from vendors at the carrier’s discount rate including fuel, DEF, tires, maintenance, tolls, etc. In addition, 401k, health, medical, dental, vision, and life can be purchased through MadCo.

Equipment Responsibilities of Owner Operator include providing items to secure open deck freight at their own expense including, but not limited to, headache racks, storage boxes, tarps, straps, chains, binders, edge protectors, bungee cords, and other material to secure loads. IF hauling bulk, liquid, or other freight that requires addons such as blowers, hydraulic pumps, wet lines, etc. that would be at the owner’s expense too. Financing can be provided with weekly debits to net pay if owner needs assistance in securing the properly equipment for their job.
